Hi there!

I Am Denise Adams

I was born and raised in Central New York, where much of my childhood was spent hiking through the Catskills or exploring my grandparents’ backyard in search of frogs and snakes. Those early experiences instilled in me a deep reverence for nature and a lasting appreciation for the world around us.

I currently work in finance and human resources for a medical practice, helping to manage the operational side of things and support the team. Before transitioning into this role, I spent over a decade working in animal sheltering, starting with cleaning and caring for animals, and over time, I moved into management and even served as an animal cruelty investigator. My journey has allowed me to work in both compassionate and organizational roles, giving me a unique perspective on balancing business needs with empathy. Outside of my professional life, photography has become both a creative outlet and a growing side project.

What started as a hobby has turned into a way for me to reconnect with nature, manage my mental health, and share the beauty I find in the world around me. I hope you enjoy what I am able to share!
